Healthy Lifestyle

Having a healthy lifestyle covers everything from keeping fit and eating well, to avoiding bad habits and addictions (such as sunbeds or smoking).

There's no need to go overboard but the 'healthier' your lifestyle, the better you'll usually feel - both physically and mentally - and in the long term, you'll probably be pleased that you took such good care of yourself when younger.

  • try to do some physical exercise everyday
  • get enough sleep (around 7-9 hours each night)
  • treat others as you would want to be treated
  • have a look at what you eat - be honest, how good is your diet?
  • tackle problems early on (talking can often help)
